Xceedance is hiring for Help Desk(Australian Shift) Job Description: 3-6 years of experience in a service desk engineer role. Proficiency in operating system structures and permission management. Strong understanding of cloud IAM (Identity and Access Management) and RBAC (RoleBased Access Control). Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems). Mandatory exposure to Google Cloud Platform Ability to understand and interpret GCP and operating system logs. Experience using ITSM tools such as Zendesk and Jira.
