Calling up and counselling prospective students about AND Academy and its program
offerings through database and use of ERP
• Calling target minimum 80-90 callsin a day and follow up on calls.
• Work on lead generation as per assigned targets.
• Conduct information sessions with prospective students at various platforms,
campus walk-ins and over the phone.
• Work towardsindividual target and admission targets set by the team leader.
• Manage on-campus activities such as campus visits, workshops etc.
• Use the customer relationshipmanagement system tomanage and regularly update
prospective student accounts
