Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the LPO
industry, specifically in contract management and working on CLM
platforms. Additionally, 23 years of experience in team management and
quality management roles
Reports to JL 5B
Primary skills:
• Strong expertise in the contract domain with experience across multiple LPO projects.
• Proven people and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of contract processes, including drafting, negotiation, redlining, abstraction, and
summarization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to create project documentation, including workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Proficient in computer applications and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
Secondary skills:
• Ability to work effectively within defined KPIs, SLAs, and established guidelines.
• Experience in implementing career development plans for direct reports.
• Possesses strong analytical, reasoning, and logical thinking skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, often under tight or competing deadlines.
Soft Skill Requirement:
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in a team with deadlines and contribute individually
• Excellent MS Office skills
