Key responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents and agency partners to build and expand the sales network.
Sales and performance management:
Drive sales through the agency channel by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Training and development:
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness.
Agent support and motivation:
Mentor and motivate agents to improve productivity and retention, and help them with performance reviews and career progression.
Relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and clients.
Compliance and reporting:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies, and maintain accurate records and timely reports on business performance.
Strategic planning:
Develop and execute sales strategies and identify improvement initiatives for sales processes.
