Urgent Hiring for Network Support Engineer Responsibilities Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end-users in a corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, and providing support for a wide range of IT-related queries Key Responsibilities: Technical Support : Respond to user-reported issues and service requests in a timely manner, either in person or remotely. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Diagnose and resolve software issues, including OS errors, application errors, and network connectivity problems. Assist with installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role, Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
