Conduct gap analysis of existing sanitation infrastructure across the city to assess the demand-supply mismatch in toilets, sewerage coverage, and FSSM.
Support MCC in preparation and revision of the City Sanitation Plan by identifying appropriate land parcels.
Assist in aggregating city-level sanitation data into a comprehensive State Sanitation Plan by detailing infrastructure gaps, proposing timelines for implementation, estimating financials requirements, and aligning proposals with CPCB and SBM guidelines.
Facilitate the development of year-wise Swachh certification roadmaps by evaluating MCC's readiness identifying actionable improvements, and aligning with Survekshan Swachh performance indicators to enhance Chandigarh's ranking
