Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Upwork Expert to join our team at Hooqx in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on Upwork, with strong knowledge of proposal writing, bidding strategies, and client communication. You will be responsible for generating leads, winning projects, and managing client relationships through the Upwork platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile.
• Write professional proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
• Identify relevant projects and submit winning bids.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project needs.
• Negotiate pricing and project terms with clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working on Upwork (minimum 3 –4 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms, bidding techniques, and client acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and draft customized proposals.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or IT services is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Upwork Expert: 3 years (Preferred)
• Bidding: 2 years (Preferred)
