Job Description
We are looking for an experienced

Upwork DevelopmentSpecialist

with strong bidding, requirement analysis, and conversion expertise. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge across major development technologies to prepare accurate, high-quality proposals and close projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and bid on high-potential projects on Upwork
  • Convert qualified leads into active projects
  • Understand client requirements and prepare precise technical proposals
  • Coordinate with technical teams to scope and estimate projects
  • Maintain strong communication with prospects for timely follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Upwork bidding experience

  • Proven record in

    lead qualification and conversion

  • Strong understanding of:

    • CMS:

      WordPress, Shopify

    • Backend:

      PHP

    • Frontend:

      React

    • Frameworks/Tech:

      .NET
  • Ability to translate client needs into accurate technical documentation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
