We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven success to join our team. You'll be responsible for consistently finding, bidding on, and winning projects on the Upwork platform.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically identify and analyze suitable project opportunities on Upwork, aligning with our services and growth objectives.
• Craft compelling and highly customized proposals that consistently secure high-value bids and attract top-tier clients.
• Effectively communicate and build strong rapport with potential clients, expertly managing inquiries and negotiations from initial contact to project award.
• Proactively track and refine bidding strategies using data-driven insights to continuously optimize our success rate and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with our project management and technical teams to ensure all proposals are accurate, realistic, and set the stage for successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a role focused on bidding and successfully winning projects on Upwork (or similar major freelancing platforms).
• Deep, practical knowledge of the Upwork platform's intricacies, algorithms, best practices, and a demonstrated ability to navigate its ecosystem effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, persuasively, and concisely in proposals and client interactions.
• Strong sales acumen and advanced negotiation abilities, capable of closing deals and securing favorable terms for the company.
• Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated, with a track record of managing multiple bids simultaneously and achieving ambitious targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,945.19 - ₹69,346.08 per month
