Job Description:

IosAndWeb Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in bidding on Upwork and a strong understanding of IT services. This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our office in Zirakpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects daily on Upwork.
• Draft custom, high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and compelling responses.
• Maintain consistent communication with leads and follow up to convert them into clients.
• Track and report bidding activity and lead conversion performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in bidding on Upwork (mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile apps, and digital design.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with additional freelancing platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru is a plus.
