Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) as well as any offline areas to be targert(If Required). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client communications, and driving revenue growth through IT, software, and 3D creative services projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-growing creative-tech company and build strong international client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
• Prepare professional proposals, project estimations, and client communication
• Build strong relationships with international clients and manage existing accounts
• Collaborate with the technical and design team to understand project requirements
• Meet monthly/quarterly business development targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder / BDE in IT, software, or creative services
• Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to draft professional proposals and handle client calls
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
