Position: State Project Manager

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Hybrid – Field + Remote)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for a Project Manager in Lucknow who can drive ground-level execution of our education initiatives, coordinate with state and district officials, and ensure smooth rollout of our programs. This is a field-intensive role that requires regular travel across the districts.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the state project directorate and District Education Departments and school administrations to ensure timely achievement of project KPIs.

2. Conduct school visits (approximately 20 days per month) to oversee and support program implementation.

3. Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports to track progress and meet compliance requirements.

4. Facilitate workshops (online & offline) for teacher and student capacity building.

5. Organize district-level training programs for school leaders and education officers.

Key Tasks

- Establish and sustain regular engagement with school principals, teachers, and district officials.

- Plan, monitor, and execute Scholar Planet’s strategic education projects in Lucknow.

- Support and oversee technology rollouts, app onboarding, and training sessions.

- Provide on-site support during visits and extend remote assistance when required.

- Gather stakeholder feedback (teachers, students, officials) and share actionable insights.

- Prepare and submit weekly field reports and monthly KPI progress reports to project management and partner stakeholders.

- Represent Scholar Planet in district-level reviews, workshops, and education meetings.

Additional Requirements

- This is a field position with mandatory visits to schools and education offices.

- Candidates must own a two-wheeler or other local transport for fieldwork.

- Prior experience in EdTech / government projects / training & capacity building will be an advantage.

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.

- Candidates with a technology background will be preferred.
