Location: Mirzapur/Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (Hybrid – Field + Remote) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Note: Immediate availability preferred About Us: Scholar Planet is an innovative EdTech company dedicated to building digital learning platforms that make education more accessible and engaging. We work in collaboration with state governments and schools to drive impact at scale. We are seeking a State Field Manager who can lead the execution of our strategic partnerships on the ground in Mirzapur, coordinate with education officials, and ensure effective rollout and monitoring of our programs. This is a field-intensive role and requires frequent travel within the district. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate closely with the District education Department and School Administration, to ensure that project targets and KPI’s are delivered effectively and in time Visit the schools under your charge, travelling 20 days a month, ensuring that all the required tasks are executed Providing the necessary record, reports and documentation towards completion of the tasks and KPIs Organize online and in person workshops for capacity building of students and teachers Organize district level training workshops for capacity building of school and district administration Key Tasks: Build and maintain regular contact with school officials, teachers, and students. Plan, monitor, and execute the Strategic Partnership project in the district. Ensure timely delivery and implementation of training sessions, demos, and technology rollouts. Execute on-site visits and provide remote support when needed. Gather and report feedback from various stakeholders (students, teachers, officials). Maintain all relevant records — including reports, presentations, and meeting notes. Conduct regular field reviews and submit detailed project updates to senior management, state departments, and CSR/execution partners. Weekly Report to the project manager on the deliverables and field visits Additional Requirements: * This is a field position. Frequent visits to schools are mandatory. Liaison with and Visits to district education office would also be required. * Candidates must have their own bike or mode of local transport for fieldwork. * Preference will be given to candidates with a tech background and/or EdTech experience. We are looking for a Project Manager in Lucknow who can drive ground-level execution of our education initiatives, coordinate with state and district officials, and ensure smooth rollout of our programs. This is a field-intensive role that requires regular travel across the districts. Primary Responsibilities 1. Work closely with the state project directorate and District Education Departments and school administrations to ensure timely achievement of project KPIs. 2. Conduct school visits (approximately 20 days per month) to oversee and support program implementation. 3. Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports to track progress and meet compliance requirements. 4. Facilitate workshops (online & offline) for teacher and student capacity building. 5. Organize district-level training programs for school leaders and education officers.
