𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲

This is an unpaid internship designed for motivated individuals eager to launch a career in Human Resources. You will be actively involved in key HR functions, supporting our growing team and learning core HR processes in a high-growth start-up environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨)

1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

2. Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

3. Act as a liaison, monitoring the performance and progress of interns within assigned departments.

4. Maintain and update the departmental intern tracking sheet provided by the organization.

5. Contribute to HR projects focused on enhancing employee engagement and development.

Mode: Remote

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: UNPAID (with performance-based rewards and PPO consideration)

Start Date: Immediate

A degree (Pursuing/Completed) in Human Resource Management preferred.

MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.

Digital Literacy (cloud storage, virtual meeting software).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
