Job Title - Unity Developer Experience - 2-4 years Location - Noida- Sector 62 Primary Skills - Unity3D, C#, Ui/UX, AR/VR, Git, Game development Educational Criteria - Any Computer/ Engineering Roles And Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities: Extensive experience with Unity3D, including advanced scripting in C# and utilizing Unity’s features for multiplayer and VR development. Expertise in designing and implementing complex game mechanics and systems tailored for multiplayer environments. Deep understanding of multiplayer frameworks, network protocols, and online services integration Skills in optimizing game performance, including asset optimization, scene management, and reducing load times. Proficiency in identifying, tracking, and resolving bugs, ensuring a stable and polished final product. Expertise in establishing testing procedures, including automated testing and QA processes, to maintain high-quality standards. Managerial Responsibilities Strong skills in project management, including creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery. Effective management of team resources, including assigning tasks based on skill sets and project needs. Experience in leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Strong communication skills for presenting project updates, addressing feedback, and ensuring alignment with the expectation. Skilled in resolving complex technical and managerial challenges that arise during the development process. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in game development and Unity specifically.
