Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager in the Health Agency division at ICICI Lombard, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of health insurance agents, driving sales and achieving targets, providing training and support to agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role will also involve market research, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Experience in recruiting, managing teams, and driving sales
• Training and Support: Ability to provide training, support, and guidance to insurance agents
• Compliance and Regulatory: Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Market Research and Business Opportunities: Skills in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using digital tools and applications relevant to the role
