Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency, located in Solan. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a team of health insurance advisors, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring advisors, developing sales strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. The Unit Sales Manager will also focus on maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
