Job Description

Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage, cleanse, and maintain accurate data sets across multiple platforms including but not limited to Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Leasing Portals.
Develop, maintain, and publish dashboards and reports on BI tools to track and communicate key business metrics and insights.
Analyze complex data using Excel and other data management tools to support business decision-making and process improvements.
Utilize Clevertap and similar analytics platforms to monitor customer engagement and campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain high standards of data quality and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Automate routine reporting processes and support ad-hoc data requests to improve efficiency.
Identify opportunities for enhancing data collection, reporting methodologies, and analytics capabilities.

Major Challenges
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms with varying data structures
Integrating and harmonizing data from legacy and modern systems for reliable reporting
Managing and maintaining data governance and compliance in a fast-evolving business environment
Balancing routine reporting with ad-hoc analysis requests while maintaining high quality
Translating complex business requirements into meaningful, actionable insights
Driving adoption of dashboards and analytics outputs among diverse stakeholders
Keeping up with evolving BI tools and analytics technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications and Experience
Graduates with relevant experience (Preferably post graduates)
a) Work Experience
Overall 2+ years of experience in data management and tools
Relevant cleartap experience
Strong understanding of Fair Practice Code and regulatory guidelines (preferably in financial services).
Fair communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Hungry for delivery in tight timelines
