Job Description

As part of our

Cyber

Team, you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key responsibilities:

Personal Data Protection Bill in India - Change to Digital Personal Data Protection Act,

Develop and maintain data maps and inventories to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Monitor compliance with privacy standards and assist in delivering training programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate privacy requirements and best practices.
Exposure to Implementing and maintain privacy-enhancing technologies, including data masking, encryption, and anonymization
Maintain and up Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) as part of client advisory engagements.
IAPP, ISACA certifications on Data privacy are a plus

Desired skills and qualifications

Minimum
3 to 5 years
of experience to Data Privacy and protection in conducting Gap, Compliance and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) based on DPDPA, GDPR and international privacy laws.
Bachelors degree in law, LLB, LLM, BTech, MTech, MCA
CIPT/CIPM/CIPPE/ CDPSE/OneTrust/ ISO 27001/ISO 4 /ISO 27701
certifications preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance.
In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Location and way of working

Base location: Coimbatore
This role requires 5 days working from office.
