Ensure TAT of Recruitment and On boarding Process
Coordinate Trainings of the employees and ensure the Mandays are met
Ensure timely and accurate Payroll Processing of Workers is completed by the reportees
Preparation of HR reports and analysis on Weekly and Monthly basis
Ensure Full & Final Settlement within timeline
Ensure proper hygiene and grooming of the unit are as per Company Policy
Planning and Executing L&D calendar for the Plant staff & workmen
Rolling out PMS process in the Plant
Ensuring manpower cost is within the budget
