Job Description

Technical Support Services

To study, review and ensure project implementation
To study and review all API Bulk Drug process to identify bottlenecks and optimization
To provide basic and detailed engineering support service for MB, EB, Selection of correct MOC , Sizing of process, equipments, piping material selection of correct unit operations and implementation to improve performance above the existing level to provide engineering measures to cut down production cost and reduce over heads,
To study and review of CAPEX proposal carry out sensitivity analysis; provide technical support of approval and implementation
To prepare study of new process technologies, unit operation and implementation of the same for process optimization across group companies.
To arrange seminars, workshops, technical discussions with expert for better understanding of new technique and technology
To carry out study of critical engineering problems and provide solution
To study negative reports, carry out analysis, and suggest measures to prevent recurrence.
