Job Description

The business transformation program Unify aims at simplifying and standardizing our manufacturing, finance and front-office processes in order to build one digital ecosystem operating for the whole organization based on an End-to-End customer journey. To do so, we must transform in depth the company operating model by adopting Industrial logistic standard business processes available, leveraging the SAP4/HANA Public Cloud platform. This will require a huge change in the methodology how we operate today. The overall intention of the program is to accelerate growth for the company and improve the work processes across work streams and make them simpler and more fulfilling. As Unify Pricing and Quotation Leader for Greater India Zone, you will support this transformation, especially through an in-depth understanding of As-Is and To-Be, Analysing and evaluating change management (people, process, digital) and ensuring adoption for all impacted stakeholders. To support and lead this transformation you will be leading the strategy on Fit to Standard mindset, Best of breeds analysis and support, creating a change management roadmap and will be leading the implementation of transformation projects related to the Transactional and Services domain. The aim is to support and anticipate the risks and impacts of this new ERP for all Functions impacted by this change. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and monitor the Zones readiness for UNIFY deployment, defining actions and animating the process accordingly. 2. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UNIFY Business Transformation projects, including Commercial Policy, CPQ Quotation Tool, and Rebate Transformation Program (Vistex), ensuring alignment with the UNIFY Roadmap and organizational objectives. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Work with the Unify Change Adoption Lead to develop and execute change management strategies, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. 5. Learning strategy - Define and deliver Training strategy and agenda o Define, deliver implement a training roadmap across all different functions 6. Digitization - Support digitisation of Learning strategy o Define digitization of Change management policy follow-up KPI o Support adoption of tools (best of breed) o Animate the Digital community to anticipate the impact of Best of breed strategy o Manage escalation of change adoption and need for tools 7. Communication - Define the Communication plan along the project o Create a community to deliver the most important messages and updates o Animate different Open lines on the Unify Project o Manage the digital communication (video, edit video and propose different content) Travel Requirements: While regular travel is not expected, occasional travel (domestic and international) may be necessary. Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree from a reputed university/college; MBA preferred 2. Overall experience of at least 10 yrs; at least 2-3 yrs in business analytics/research 3. Collaborative work approach, problem solver, ability to work with ambiguous data 4. Proactive and strong communication skills; Ability to engage with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) 5. Working knowledge of MS PowerBI and advanced MS Excel skills to aid analysis and data-driven decisions 6. Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in business transformation or change management roles. 7. Experience of working in Greater India zone in Transactional/Services domain is an advantage. 8. Self-motivated, energetic, creative, and confident, with the ability to articulate effectively at multiple organizational levels. 9. Commercial mindset is a plus.
