About US -

• Review and analyze credit applications for international clients.
• Evaluate financial statements, bank statements, income documents, and credit bureau reports.
• Assess risk by analyzing repayment capacity, credit history, debt ratios, and fraud indicators.
• Make credit approval, decline, or recommendation decisions within assigned authority limits.
• Ensure underwriting decisions comply with client guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and quality benchmarks as per SLAs.
• Identify red flags, discrepancies, and potential fraud risks; escalate when required.
• Document underwriting decisions clearly and maintain audit-ready records.
• Communicate with onshore teams, clients, or internal stakeholders for clarifications.
• Support quality reviews, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria -

• Minimum Educational Qualification - Graduation with no Backlogs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Underwriter on role

  (NO Mortgage UW)

• Strong analytical and financial assessment skills.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting principles and risk management.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and credit reports.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (international client interaction).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and underwriting systems/tools.
