Requirements -

• 5+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, Fire engineering within the general insurance industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of policy structures, regulatory frameworks, and risk evaluation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making processes.
