Requirements - 5+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, Fire engineering within the general insurance industry. Strong technical knowledge of policy structures, regulatory frameworks, and risk evaluation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities. Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making processes.
