UKG Pro Integration Developer

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between

  UKG Pro

  and internal/external systems using UKG Pro APIs, connectors, and middleware tools.
• Configure and customize

  UKG Pro Integration Studio

  , Interface Hub, and API endpoints.
• Create and maintain

  EIBs, web services, SFTP-based integrations

  , and automated workflows for data exchange.
• Support HR/Payroll data migrations, batch jobs, and scheduled file transfers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, data mapping issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with

  data security, GDPR, HIPAA

  , and internal IT governance standards.
• Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and processes.
• Stay current with UKG product updates, new APIs, and best practices for integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years

  of experience with

  UKG Pro (UltiPro)

  integrations and APIs.
• Proficiency in

  UKG Integration Studio, Interface Hub, Boomi, SSIS, or similar ETL tools

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and SFTP

  .
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance data structures.
• Ability to design and maintain complex data mapping and transformation logic.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  Boomi AtomSphere, MuleSoft

  , or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with

  reporting tools

  like Cognos, BI tools, or UKG Business Intelligence.
• Knowledge of

  Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM

  , or other HR systems.
• Experience with

  cloud-based integrations

  and

  API gateway management
