Job Description

About the Role

Design responsive, user-centric web interfaces from Figma (wireframes → components → prototypes) and assist with clean HTML/CSS handoff.

Key Responsibilities

Convert requirements into Figma user flows, wireframes, and hi-fi mockups.
Build and maintain Figma design systems (components, variants, styles/tokens, Auto Layout).
Create clickable Figma prototypes with interactions and micro-animations.
Prepare developer handoff (Figma Inspect, redlines, assets) and support implementation.
Ensure accessibility basics (contrast, focus order, semantics in handoff).

Optional: translate key screens into semantic HTML/CSS (Tailwind/Bootstrap).

Must-Have Skills (Figma-first)

Expertise in Figma:

Auto Layout, constraints, responsive resizing
Components & variants, interactive components
Styles/tokens (color, type, spacing, shadows)
Team Libraries & version history
Prototyping (flows, overlays, smart animate)
Strong visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color theory.
UX basics: user journeys, IA, usability heuristics.
Clean file hygiene: pages, frames, naming, annotation.

Nice to Have

Tailwind/Bootstrap basics; React/Blazor awareness.
Icon/illustration, Lottie/motion, simple usability testing.
Git/GitHub, Jira

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
