UI/UX Intern

Job Title: UI/UX Intern Type: Internship (2 Months) with a chance to convert into a full-time offer Stipend: 15K Fixed + 5K Variable Location: Lucknow, Work Timings: Monday to Friday-9:30AM to 6PM Company Overview The House of DoBe is a Social Impact MarTech startup company engaged in social causes on the concept of #HumanityWithPurpose. Our proprietary psycho-social intelligence-led research tool assesses the knowledge, attitude, and practice of social responsibility. Website- , LinkedIn-- Key Responsibilities: Assist in the UI/UX design process for mobile applications, focusing on incorporating gamification elements to enhance user engagement. Support collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand design goals and project requirements. Participate in user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns. Help create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design ideas and user flows. Contribute to developing a consistent visual design language and help maintain style guides and design systems. Learn and apply the principles of user-centered design , information architecture , and interaction design . Assist in gathering user feedback and conducting A/B testing to help refine and improve design outcomes. Work with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and maintain usability standards. Stay curious and updated with the latest UI/UX trends , design tools, and gamification practices. Requirements: A strong interest in UI/UX design and mobile app experiences. Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar . A portfolio (even academic or personal projects) showing creativity and design thinking is a plus. Good communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Any academic background in design, HCI, computer science, or related fields is preferred.
