UI/UX Developer

As a UI/UX Designer, your role involves a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS (including preprocessors, Tailwind, and utility-first design), JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery integration. You should have expertise in UI frameworks like Bootstrap, with proficiency in v3 and a strong understanding of v4 & v5. Your deep knowledge of CSS pseudo selectors, responsive layouts using Flexbox and CSS Grid, media queries, and accessibility-first designs will be crucial for creating user-centered experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with jQuery plugins/libraries for dynamic UI interactions - Familiarity with user behavior analytics to inform UI/UX decisions - Proficiency in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Ability to craft storyboards, moodboards, user flows, and journey maps to communicate design intent - Strong troubleshooting skills for UI/UX issues across browsers, platforms, and devices Qualifications Required: - Applied knowledge of UX principles demonstrated through end-to-end project experience - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, and Bootstrap frameworks for rapid prototyping - Solid experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing using modern tools like Figma - Ability to apply analytical and logical reasoning to user problems and design decisions - Creativity in delivering intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user experiences - Commitment to continuous improvement, user empathy, and accessibility standards - Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate design rationale effectively Additionally, you should have a basic knowledge of programming concepts (JavaScript frameworks such as React/Vue, API integration awareness) to collaborate effectively with developers.
