Job Title : UI/UX Developer Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad (On-site) Experience : 5+ Years Interview Mode : Face-to-Face (F2F) is Mandatory Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent Work Mode : On-site (No Remote/Hybrid) Job Summary We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Developer with a strong portfolio and over 5 years of experience in designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both design tools and front-end development technologies, with a user-centric approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Design engaging, responsive, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Develop UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to implement and refine UX solutions. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions. Ensure consistency in design standards, typography, color, and layout across platforms. Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Maintain and enhance existing UI components and design systems. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX development. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design. Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong command of UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to backend integration and RESTful APIs.
