Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience in designing and developing user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive web design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
