Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Web/UI Designer with at least 1.5 years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, and Figma. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and modern design tools. You will collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver visually appealing, user-friendly web applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible layouts.
• Collaborate with teams to create UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
• Ensure consistency in design and branding across all web projects.
• Implement UI/UX best practices to improve usability and customer experience.
• Create and refine web components (buttons, forms, navigation, etc.).
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct UI testing and debugging to maintain design quality.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 1.5+ years of experience in Web/UI Design.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma (mockups, wireframes, prototypes).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
• Good eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout balance.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and project managers effectively.

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript/jQuery for UI interactions.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design assets.
