UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Recreate, modernize, and enhance existing application screens using low-code/no-code tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points in factory settings.
• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces that cater to a wide range of users in industrial environments.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with usability standards.
• Implement design solutions that address real-world challenges of factory users while working within platform constraints.
• Apply responsive and accessible design principles to ensure usability across screens, roles, and operational contexts.
• Gather user feedback through usability testing and iterate designs accordingly.
• Ensure consistent design language, component reuse, and maintainability in all screens created using low-code platforms.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 810 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proven experience working with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems, Power Apps, Appian, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, interaction design, and human-centered design.
• Strong portfolio of past work showcasing web or app designs ideally for industrial or manufacturing domains.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with Factory Operations, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or other industrial software workflows.
• Ability to design for touch-friendly, ruggedized, or constrained hardware used in shop-floor settings.
• Strong problem-solving and visual communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.
