UI/UX Designer

You are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to join the team and assist in elevating design standards. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of web and mobile design projects. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is required. You must possess a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. Fluency in English is essential for clear comprehension of project requirements. As a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be self-motivated, proactive, and possess good time-management skills. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is desired. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial, and knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) would be a plus. Your responsibilities will include developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals and client needs. Designing responsive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces to provide optimal user experiences. Creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries. Continuously improving and iterating on designs based on user feedback, data, and design trends. Ensuring all designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
