e are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless usability, visual consistency, and intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Maintain and evolve our design systems and component libraries.
Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings.
Ensure consistency in designs and user experiences across all platforms.

Requirements:

2–3 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (please include with your application).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
