UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and artful design, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and easy to use.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate and improve designs.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects (web and/or mobile applications).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
