Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a

strong understanding of design principles, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and expertise in

digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design banners, PPT, and content for marketing and sales pitches.

● Design and create user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

● Translate business and user needs into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.

● Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma and other design tools.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and

effective design solutions.

● Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.

● Participate in user research, usability testing, and iteration processes to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

● Strong expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.

● Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

● Understanding of UX as well

● Worked on different projects like E-commerce, Business Website, Mobile Apps

● Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

● Knowledge of digital platforms and technologies related to UI/UX design and implementation.

● Experience with usability testing and user research.

● Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
