Job Description

Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design: Lead design efforts from concept to implementation, ensuring the end product is user-friendly, engaging, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Research and Insights: Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather insights and validate design decisions. Create user personas, journeys, and wireframes to map out seamless travel experiences.
UI Design: Design clean, modern, and visually compelling user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized across various devices.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas clearly and efficiently.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify design challenges, and ensure designs are implemented to a high standard.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain TripJack’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms.
Usability Testing: Organize and participate in usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on real-world interactions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate how users interact with your designs through analytics and user feedback, and iterate based on results to optimize the experience.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in design, technology, and the travel industry to ensure TripJack stays ahead of the curve.
