About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Surat. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be involved in creating engaging, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity for both freshers and junior designers to work on live projects and grow in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups using Figma or similar tools.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for websites and mobile apps.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships/freelance work also considered).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic, personal, or client-based).

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Interest in staying updated with design trends and best practices.
