About the Role:

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business and user requirements to design logical and engaging interfaces.
• Create

  wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

  for mobile and web applications.
• Design and maintain

  UI components, layouts, and style guides

  for consistent branding.
• Collaborate with

  developers and BAs

  to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct

  user research and usability testing

  to refine and improve user experience.
• Assist in preparing

  presentation decks, product visuals, and documentation.

• Participate in team discussions and review sessions

  to align design with project goals.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in

  Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Understanding of

  responsive design principles

• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or design handoff tools

• Ability to translate business ideas into user-centric interfaces

• Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual presentation

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
