UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer

Role Purpose

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating outstanding, high-quality software experiences. This role is responsible for elevating our software solutions through exceptional frontend implementation and thoughtful user experience design, ensuring our products are intuitive, visually polished, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design Excellence

•Design clean, modern, and intuitive user interfaces that enhance product usability

•Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma or similar

•Define and maintain consistent visual language, design patterns, and UI components

•Continuously improve user experience through attention to detail, clarity, and usability

•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine UX and interaction flows

Frontend Development Excellence

•Implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable frontend solutions

•Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces

•Build reusable UI components using modern frontend frameworks or libraries

•Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility

•Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs

Required Skills & Experience Core Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, with demonstrated experience delivering production-level software

•Strong foundation in modern frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

•Experience with at least one modern frontend framework or library (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, or similar)

•Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

•Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma or equivalent)

•Strong eye for visual detail, layout, typography, and spacing

•Ability to transform ideas and designs into polished, user-friendly interfaces

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Adaptability & Growth

•Ability and willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and platforms

•Comfortable with evolving technology stacks and product directions

•Interest in improving both design quality and frontend engineering practices

Nice to Have Experience with design systems and component libraries

•Knowledge of accessibility standards and frontend performance optimization

•Exposure to mobile UI design or cross-platform development

•Experience collaborating closely with backend and full stack developers

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating:
