About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing product and design team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career designers who are eager to work on real-world applications, collaborate with developers, and impact the design of products used by hundreds or thousands of users.

You’ll get the opportunity to work remotely from Noida on modern web and mobile applications across various industries like fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing clean, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
• Work closely with developers and product teams to implement intuitive user experiences
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems
• Apply modern design trends, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (Internships or portfolio work accepted)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and creativity (academic, freelance, or personal projects are accepted)
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively
• Must be based in Noida/NCR region for team meetups when required (although this is a remote role)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to tools like Miro, Zeplin, or InVision
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Interest in user psychology and behavior
• Awareness of design systems and component libraries
