Job Description

We're seeking a talented and experienced

UI/UX Designer

to shape the user experience of our SaaS platform. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive interfaces that make complex vehicle data accessible and actionable. If you're passionate about user-centered design and thrive in a fast-paced startup, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand our users' needs and pain points.
Design visually appealing, intuitive, and highly usable interfaces for complex dashboards and visualizations.
Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating design solutions.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers to guide implementation and ensure design integrity.
Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system for consistency across our product.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or B2B product setting.
Proven track record of designing successful and user-friendly interfaces.
Expert proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with data visualization and designing complex dashboards is a significant plus.

Bonus Points

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
