UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company in Kanpur, your role will involve gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will be responsible for illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, as well as creating responsive designs. Additionally, you will design graphic user interface elements using tools such as Adobe and Photoshop. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces. - Identify design issues/problems and provide effective solutions. - Make strategic designs and decisions related to core functions and new features. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site/application functionality and appearance. - Occasionally convert designs to HTML code following standard coding practices. - Take a user-centered design approach, conduct rapid testing, and iterate designs accordingly. - Utilize a wide range of media and have sound knowledge of the latest graphic design software. - Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a preference for candidates experienced in designing complex solutions for digital environments. - Proficiency in Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, and Dreamweaver. - Strong vision for UI design and the ability to provide effective UI/UX solutions. - Excellent knowledge of color usage. - Extensive experience in utilizing UX design best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design concepts. - Ability to comprehend detailed project requirements and effectively represent content and graphics in mockup designs. - Clear understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and effective communication skills.
