Designation: UI/UX Designer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are hiring UI/UX Designer (Trainee) who will support the design team in creating user-friendly interfaces and visual assets for web and mobile applications. The role involves assisting with wireframes, prototypes, and graphic designs while learning design tools, processes, and best practices. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, collaborate, and build a strong foundation in UI/UX design.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications.
• Support the team in designing clean, modern, and user-friendly UI layouts, including icons, components, and visual assets.
• Contribute to graphic design tasks, including banners, social media creatives, presentations, and short videos/reels using Canva or similar tools.
• Help document design processes, maintain component libraries, and contribute to design system updates.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, usability principles, and best practices.
• Work closely with senior designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Assist the team in solving design challenges by considering user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
• Candidates from IT, Computer Science, or Design-related streams will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and usability concepts.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong visual design sense with attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout fundamentals.
• Good communication skills with a willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and design for different devices/screen sizes.
