Role Overview

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can transform complex technology into simple, engaging, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product teams, engineers, and founders to shape the design of next-generation AI products.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences for web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, and AI-powered tools.
• Create wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity sketches, and interactive prototypes.
• Use Figma extensively for UI design, prototyping, component libraries, auto-layouts, and design systems.
• Develop clean, visually appealing interfaces with consistent styles and strong visual hierarchy.
• Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Build and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
• Simplify complex workflows for AI, automation, data-heavy, and multi-step interfaces.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and UX best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, components, variants, auto-layout).
• Ability to create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI designs with clarity and intention.
• Good understanding of interaction design, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing clean, scalable interfaces for complex or intelligent systems.
• Creative problem-solving mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Bonus: Experience designing for AI products, dashboards, automation tools, or Web3 platforms.
• Bonus: Familiarity with motion or interaction tools (Protopie, Principle, After Effects).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
