UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Nogiz is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with Figma, and the ability to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Ensure consistent design systems, typography, color palettes, and reusable UI components.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Improve user flows, information architecture, and overall user experience.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Figma (Layouts, Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping, Design Systems).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactions.
• Ability to design for both mobile and web platforms (iOS, Android, Responsive Web).
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Minimum Requirement

• Must have completed at least a 6-month UI/UX internship or Training.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with design systems and modern UI kits.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but preferred).
• Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (mandatory).

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
