LPO Holidays is a leading travel company specializing in group tours, holiday packages, and customized travel experiences. We are on a mission to provide seamless and memorable travel experiences for our customers. To achieve this, we are developing an innovative web and mobile application that will streamline our business processes, enhance customer interaction, and provide a personalized travel planning experience.

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our team to design the prototype for this application.

Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating the user interface and experience design for both the website and mobile application. This includes designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and fully functional prototypes that align with our goals of enhancing customer interaction, operational efficiency, and overall user satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with our product development team to bring ideas to life, focusing on user needs, design best practices, and our brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for web and mobile application.
• Create a seamless user experience that covers essential features like:
• Design for both customer-facing interfaces and internal dashboards for departments users.
• Ensure user-centric design principles by conducting user research and implementing feedback loops.
• Collaborate with our product and development teams to create intuitive, functional, and appealing design solutions.
• Develop design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across the platform.
• Present and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure the final prototype is interactive and can be used for development handoff.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and best practices in mobile/web design.
• Experience in designing for complex systems and applications with multiple user types.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into simple and user-friendly design solutions.
• Experience in designing booking systems, e-commerce, or travel-related platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Deliverables:

• Fully interactive prototypes for the web and mobile applications.
• Design guidelines and assets for handoff to the development team.
• Wireframes, mockups, and any supporting design materials needed for the development process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
