UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer who can design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and translate design concepts into functional, high-quality web/mobile experiences. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both design and development, with a strong understanding of user behavior and modern design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI elements for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements, BRDs, and user flows into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure consistency in design across screens by following design systems and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of experience
• Graduation with an IT-related degree
• Experience in Prototyping and Wireframing
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks is an advantage.
• Ability to translate design concepts into functional code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
• Must have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end UI/UX design work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
