Job Description

NOVIINDUS Technology is looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile application interfaces. The candidate will work closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups
Conduct user research and improve user experience
Collaborate with developers and product teams
Maintain design consistency and branding guidelines
Improve usability based on feedback and testing

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Design, IT, or related field
1+ year experience as a UI/UX Designer
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in web and mobile app design
Knowledge of design systems
Experience in software or IT companies
